By December 4th morning 10am, Beijing Meteorological Bureau monitoring showed that the city’s average visibility was only 1-3 kilometers, with visibility reaching less than 500 meters in the southern parts. The fog also crippled the Beijing Capital International Airport, with 54 flights delayed and 82 flights cancelled.
